Reconstruction of the garden façade of the original Trianon de Porcelaine, built 1670–72 by Louis Le Vau. The fragile ceramic tiles deteriorated so fast that within two decades, Louis XIV ordered the demolition of the pavilion and its replacement with one made of stronger material.
